La universidad como laboratorio socioambiental en la solución del banco de problemas del municipio Cerro

Abstract

El trabajo es un Proyecto de desarrollo local y comunitario para el municipio Cerro que surge a partir del diagnóstico correspondiente a la localidad, que viene realizando la Vicerrectoría de Investigaciones de la Universidad de La Habana, a través de la universidad del territorio (Cerro), ante la necesidad de un sistema de acciones que contribuyan a solucionar los problemas existentes. Está dirigido, en particular, al desarrollo local y comunitario de los Consejos Populares Pilar Atarés y El Canal. La propuesta toma en cuenta la influencia que ejerce la educación en el desarrollo de los valores propios de la sociedad socialista cubana, mediante el trabajo comunitario que a través de la universidad territorial se viene desarrollando, donde el colectivo de trabajo es ejemplo en la aplicación de valores en su labor cotidiana.
