Abstract

La necesidad de dar tratamiento a las insuficiencias que se presentan en la formación preprofesional de los estudiantes de los Institutos Preuniversitarios Vocacionales de Ciencias Pedagógicas(institutos de formación de bachilleres orientados hacia las profesiones de perfil pedagógico), conllevó a la realización de este trabajo con el objetivo de analizar teóricamente las diferentes conceptualizaciones existente y la posición que asume la autora de este artículo, en lo relacionado con las principales categorías de las variables(formación y construcción de la identidad profesional pedagógica), para su mejor comprensión en estos centros. Como concreción del análisis realizado se proponen dimensiones, indicadores y actividades pedagógicas complementarias que favorezcan el diagnóstico y construcción de la identidad profesional pedagógica
