Abstract

El elemento diferenciador por excelencia entre la llamada era Industrial y la era de la Información, está en el papel relevante y preponderante que cada vez más juegan los elementos intangibles en el proceso de creación de valor en las empresas. Es Capital Intelectual es un capital que integra diferentes activos intangibles, generados por una estrategia basada en flujos de conocimiento o en actividades intelectuales en la organización. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo evaluar el Capital Intelectual, en los marcos de las Universidades Cubanas por la importancia e impacto que tiene la formación de los profesionales con alta cualificación en el desarrollo económico y social del territorio.
