Abstract

El estudio teórico y práctico de esta investigación permite la profundización en la temática relacionada con la formación ciudadana y el rol que desempeña la asignatura Educación Cívica para lograr el modelo de ciudadano al que se aspira en nuestra sociedad. Se evidencia una sistematización de los referentes teóricos así como algunas acciones que en el orden práctico pueden ser aplicadas en diversos contextos instructivos y educativos. Se asumen posiciones filosóficas, sociológicas, psicológicas y pedagógicas que han servido de soporte a la presente pesquisa. El análisis reflexivo de cada una de las acciones propuestas para la Educación cívica dota a los estudiantes de un conocimiento suficiente que les permite la comprensión y asunción de normas jurídicas y morales dirigidas a la convivencia entre las personas y contribuye a la formación de sentimientos, valores, habilidades y hábitos para integrarse y participar de forma concreta en el mejoramiento de la sociedad.
