Abstract

Este trabajo aborda las tendencias y enfoques contemporáneos del proceso de formación postgraduada en función del desarrollo local. Se hace un análisis histórico acerca de cómo se manifiesta el objeto de estudio defendido a nivel internacional, en Cuba y particularmente en el municipio mostrado desde el proceso de universalización de la enseñanza de la Educación superior. Además se realiza un análisis de las principales formas y modelos imperantes en el mundo los que han servido de ejemplo para desarrollar el proceso de formación postgraduada de manera más efectiva.
