Programa Para La Capacitación Al Tutor De La Educación Técnica Y Profesional Desde Las Entidades Laborales

Abstract

En las nuevas condiciones sociales se requiere, como en otros tiempos, de la educación permanente de las nuevas generaciones. En la Educación Técnica y Profesional este proceso rebasa el entorno escolar, dado el rol de las entidades laborales como resultado de la inserción en ellas de los estudiantes en función de su formación profesional, lo que forma parte de las transformaciones establecidas en este subsistema educacional. Ello sería posible siempre que los tutores, no profesionales de la educación que dirigen dicho proceso, estén debidamente preparados para asumir esa labor. Durante su práctica pedagógica la autora constató deficiencias al respecto, por lo que el objetivo de la investigación se centró en proponer una capacitación dirigida a la preparación del tutor para el desarrollo de competencias relacionadas al desempeño de las funciones que se orientan a la formación profesional del futuro Técnico Medio en Contabilidad. Por su significación práctica, se ofreció el programa para el desarrollo de conferencias y talleres. Se obtuvieron opiniones favorables de los expertos consultados y los resultados esperados en la aplicación práctica del programa propuesto, elaborándose recomendaciones que garantizan la continuidad del trabajo científico.
