Abstract

La propuesta tiene como objetivo general proponer una alternativa metodológica para la preparación de los profesionales de la educación a través del trabajo metodológico en cuanto a las funciones profesionales Parte de un diagnóstico que permitió a través de la entrevista a docentes, la prueba pedagógica, la observación científica y el análisis de documentos, arribar a las principales deficiencias y posibilidades en la preparación de los profesionales para enfrentar la práctica docente diaria.
