Propuesta De Estrategia Didáctica Para El Desarrollo De Habilidades Profesionales En La Carrera De Ingeniería En Procesos Agroindustriales

Abstract

En el presente artículo se expone una propuesta de estrategia didáctica para el uso de las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (TIC) en la Carrera de Ingeniería de Procesos Agroindustriales en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje semipresencial. En el trabajo se muestran elementos que constituyen un importante soporte para el desarrollo de la docencia y la apropiación de conocimientos por parte de los estudiantes en los nuevos escenarios tecnológicos incidiendo específicamente en el diagnóstico de los principales indicadores que intervienen en el proceso productivo del agroecosistema. El objeto de investigación es el uso de las nuevas tecnologías en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje semipresencial, formulándose como objetivo de investigación la elaboración de una estrategia didáctica para el desarrollo de las habilidades profesionales para su posterior actuación.
