Abstract

La educación y la formación a través del uso de estrategias de aprendizajes más autónomas y flexibles deben superar la excesiva fragmentación de conocimientos por disciplinas para que guíen al cambio de paradigmas. Igualmente deben garantizar por una parte: el desarrollo integral de los individuos y por la otra vinculándolos con los sectores productivos a través de la relación de las cadenas productivas de la economía con la ciencia, tecnología e investigación para tratar de construir una perspectiva ética, científica, teórica y práctica que permita la participación, la competitividad y la productividad de la sociedad sobre la base de una mayor solidaridad y cooperatividad social que les permita crecer dentro del marco del desarrollo humano sostenible. Los cambios a nivel nacional y mundial que se están dando en el ámbito tecno – económico requieren que la Universidad satisfaga las demandas del sector empresarial y laboral a través de la generación de conocimientos y formación de capital humano creativo, proactivo que sea capaz de innovar e incorporar nuevos aprendizajes en sus labores diarias y así sustentar el desarrollo de la economía local y regional
