Abstract

Hoy en día las reglas en el mundo laboral han cambiado, se requieren personas que tengan la capacidad de manejarse tanto así mismo como a los demás, dichas reglas se presume, no son aprendidas en los años escolares dentro del desarrollo de las habilidades académicas, por lo cual el docente debe identificar herramientas para el desarrollo de capacidades que permitan al alumno equipar sus conocimientos con el manejo de sus cualidades personales, como lo son la iniciativa, empatía, adaptabilidad y persuasión (Goleman, 2003).
