Abstract

Siendo las Universidades y la educación en general, uno de los puntos más relevantes que siempre se destacan para el proceso de formar un país innovador que estas formen gente innovadora (alumnos), que cuenten con investigadores (docentes) y que tenga desarrollos tecnológicos (vinculación empresa – escuela). El que una institución a nivel nacional ya constituida como lo son las “Universidades Tecnológicas” realice una evolución de este tipo tiene un gran significado para todos ya que se tiene que replantear lo ya constituido y trabajar para cumplir las nuevas expectativas y lograr sus objetivos.
