Actividad Y Descanso En Educación Infantil

Abstract

La falta de descanso y, más específicamente, la falta de sueño puede desencadenar trastornos de memoria, aprendizaje y atención en los niños. Instaurar la regulación del equilibrio entre actividad y sueño es, entre otras, una de las tareas propias de la Educación Infantil. La actividad y descanso, por lo tanto, son fundamentales para una sana evolución del niño. Todas las personas necesitan dedicar un determinado tiempo a la actividad como el trabajo, los deberes, las clases, el deporte, etc, y otra cantidad de tiempo al descanso (ocio, juegos sueño nocturno, etc...) La cantidad de tiempo dedicada al descanso sirve para reponer la energía consumida durante el tiempo dedicado a la actividad. Entre ambas cantidades de tiempo ha de existir un equilibrio razonable.
