Caracterización De Los Procesos Sustantivos En La Facultad De Ciencias Económicas Desde La Perspectiva Estudiantil

Abstract

El proceso de formación integral universitario constituye el objetivo primordial de la Educación Superior donde inciden de manera determinante la gestión de los procesos sustantivos que desarrolla. El presente trabajo se propone reflexionar en torno a la formación de los profesionales de la Facultad Ciencias Económicas (FCE) en el Centro Universitario de Las Tunas (CULT). Un diagnóstico inicial a las carreras arroja insuficiencias en el protagonismo de los estudiantes en su actuación y la necesidad de mayor conocimiento por los directivos sobre la caracterización de la formación y su vinculación con el resto de los actores que intervienen. Se aporta además de la caracterización desde la perspectiva estudiantil, recomendaciones a sus autoridades para adoptar un plan de acciones correctivas con vistas a procesos de acreditación.
