Abstract

El consejo de dirección de la Universidad se comprometió a colaborar con el desarrollo de la investigación atendiendo a la importancia y actualidad que posee el tema. Estas personas fueron capacitadas atendiendo a las necesidades y objetivos que se desea alcanzar. Para la realización de la prueba se decidió escoger la carrera de “Contabilidad y Finanzas” ya que la misma cuenta con una estructura organizativa estable. Los resultados obtenidos reflejan que para los profesores tanto a tiempo completo como a tiempo parcial en relación a determinados aspectos de su trabajo pueden generar o no satisfacción laboral determinados aspectos los cuales son abordados en el desarrollo de la investigación.
