Abstract

Todos sabemos los grandes requerimientos que se exigen hoy en el mercado laboral si queremos obtener empleos de jerarquía; una gran cantidad de personas se han sentido defraudados al sentir que aquello para lo que se habían preparado no alcanzaba para ocupar el puesto al que se presentaban y el cual consideraban adecuados para ellos. ¿Qué es lo que pasa? ¿Es que realmente tenemos los conocimientos necesarios para ingresar al Mercado de Trabajo Actual? ¿Estamos seguros que esos conocimientos no son obsoletos, insuficientes o totalmente inadecuados?
