Abstract

Las Instituciones de Educación Superior, están precisadas a formular nuevas políticas y estrategias de cambios que respondan a las exigencias que se derivan del contexto local, nacional e internacional. Todo ello, es posible al lograr una satisfacción laboral en sus miembros que favorezca los saltos cualitativos y cuantitativos que se requieren. Por tanto, la investigación se dirige a elaborar un procedimiento para mejorar el estado de Satisfacción Laboral en contexto universitario compuesto por fases y etapas con el fin de proporcionar a los directivos una información importante para motivar y comprometer a sus miembros hacia el perfeccionamiento de su institución.
