Abstract

Cada día, al desempeñar nuestra labor como docentes, tenemos el reto de estar frente a nuestro grupo y hacer nuestro trabajo lo mejor posible, aun cuando se tenga solo un conocimiento general o empírico de la dinámica y complejidad del mismo. Por ello es de suma importancia en primer lugar, comprender cómo se dan las interacciones en un grupo de manera general y que importancia guardan éstas con el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje y, en segundo, analizar y aplicar estrategias de enseñanza adecuadas para el logro y aplicación del programa de estudios de las asignaturas que se imparten.
