Abstract

La lectura es, en la actualidad, una habilidad o competencia muy difícil de promover y potenciar en los niños debido a la avasallante y atractiva cantidad de distractores que los rodean, entre ellos los juegos de computadora y la televisión. El auge de iletrados y analfabetos funcionales en nuestra sociedad es alarmante. Es más que evidente que son muchos los individuos que han perdido la capacidad de interpretar un texto y de comprender su sentido.
