Abstract

Resulta por demás confuso pensar en darle forma, coherencia y operatividad a la intervención del nivel municipal en la educación superior en una circunscripción como la de Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, al intervenir aspectos tanto geográficos como legales, de infraestructura y, posiblemente, políticos y sociales, que definitivamente alteran cualquier intento de razonamiento.
