Blade Runner: derechos humanos, ingeniería genética y derecho penal a través del cine

Abstract

La película Blade Runner (Ridley Scott, 1982), fue considerada como una de las mayores producciones de la industria cinematográfica tanto en lo cuantitativo como en lo cualitativo. No sólo ha sido ubicada en el género de la ciencia ficción sino que ha sido considerada de "culto" por la mayoría de los expertos. Este film nos permitirá adentrarnos en el análisis de los derechos humanos y en la incidencia que sobre estos puede conllevar la ingeniería genética, además de su protección a través del derecho penal. Por ello, planteamos, con rigurosidad, las modernas técnicas docentes del aprendizaje del Derecho, en general, y del Derecho penal, en particular, a través del séptimo arte.
