Nuevo coleccionismo de arte argentino contemporáneo. El caso de Gustavo Bruzzone

Abstract

El coleccionismo privado de arte nace en Argentina a mediados del Siglo XIX. Forma parte de las prácticas de las élites entre cuyas motivaciones distintivas se encuentra la aspiración a intervenir en la esfera pública nacional. Tomando estos orígenes como punto de referencia, proponemos trazar los rasgos sociales distintivos de un nuevo coleccionismo de arte contemporáneo argentino que ha iniciado esta práctica a partir de 1990. A través del análisis de una entrevista realizada a Gustavo Bruzzone pondremos atención a la evolución de su relación con las obras de arte, en su carácter de “no heredero”.
