Abstract

Arte y cuerpo, antiguos entes sacros de la sociedad, son a día de hoy, en la nueva sociedad post-capitalista y post-fordista, meros productos que se atienen a las leyes del mercado. Su conversión en imagen-marca los sumerge en las lógicas de la plusvalía y el beneficio empresarial. A pesar de esta integración el arte aún guardará la esperanza de crítica, de libertad frente al poder, generando la reflexión sobre la vulnerable realidad actual a partir de la hipérbole, de la explicitación de la suciedad e injusticia que se esconde bajo la pretensión de asepticismo del nuevo orden mundial, donde el envoltorio es más importante que la mercancía.
