Abstract

The paper analyzes the well-known as "Law of Historical Memory," cleared by the Congreso de los Diputados the last October. This paper contains the main measures to be developed by the Project and a critical view from a legal perspective that shows its deficiencies. The article ends with some proposals in order to pass the socialist government's Law of Historical Memory.
