The approach of organization as a dynamic influence flow system can probably let us create the informational basis and value formation processes so that they improve a much more competitive organization with a low cost. Power, as declared axis could stop being the endless taboo of contemporary management and be considered as a shared resource, thus with a relative nature, depending on the task.
