Abstract

La presentación en México del interesante libro Historia de la globalización, de Aldo Ferrer, con la presencia del autor, uno de los más distinguidos maestros del pensamiento económico latinoamericano, sirve no sólo para evocar esa importante escuela que él contribuyó a formar, sino para evidenciar cómo está se actualiza. Es, al mismo tiempo, una expresión de la revitalizada función del Fondo de Cultura Económica para apoyar las obras de nuestros economistas, uno de los principales propósitos de su fundación. Los que nos consideramos discípulos de este pensamiento recordamos haber estudiado el libro Economía argentina de Aldo Ferrer, publicado en 1963, hace más de 30 años, por el propio Fondo...
