Abstract

La inflación y la estabilización monetaria durante los años críticos de la Revolución Mexicana han sido estudiados con poco rigor y poco apego a los hechos. Esto es consecuencia en gran medida de la confusión que existe hasta hoy día sobre muchos aspectos de los fénomenos económicos ocurridos durante la Revolución. Dos de ellos y de gran trascendencia son la inflación y la consecuente estabilización de la moneda a fines de 1916; gracias a esta última el país contó con bases firmes para el proceso de reconstrucción y recuperación economica posrevolucionaria que le seguió...
