El valor de la Investigación e Innovación Responsable para la reorientación de las Estrategias de Especialización Inteligente: Lecciones y limitaciones desde la experiencia cántabra

Abstract

Las Estrategias de Especialización Inteligente (S3) fueron diseñadas para promover el crecimiento económico y la competitividad en la UE, pero actualmente afrontan una fase de reorientación hacia la sostenibilidad. En este texto nos preguntamos cómo la filosofía de la Investigación e Innovación Responsable (RRI) puede contribuir en dicha reorientación. Para ello nos basamos en la experimentación posibilitada por el desarrollo de un laboratorio social en la Comunidad Autónoma (CA) de Cantabria, orientado a favorecer la inclusión de la RRI en la S3 de la región para el periodo 2021-2027. Argumentamos que la RRI puede ayudar en esta reorientación, promoviendo una mayor reflexividad, inclusividad y diversidad en los sistemas de innovación regionales.
