Las necesidades de vivienda en el País Vasco

Abstract

The following article displays the main conclusions of a study commissioned by the Department of Urbanism, Housing and Environment of the Basque Country, all of which offers a radiography of housing demand and supply, housing typoes and prices, the objective being to establish a policy which encompasses the necessary lines of action so as to be able to match housing offer with the real housing demanda by the citizenry.
