Abstract

Knowledge is the pillar of the modern society in the IT age, recognised today as the essential resource and means of achieving other resources (job, capital, natural resources). Contemporary manager is increasingly accountable for not only day-to-day personnel management, but also for application and implementation of knowledge. The training and development of employees is an issue that has to be come across by every organisation.
