Competitive advantages of the agrarian sectors of Ukraine and Poland

Abstract

The authors consider the priority guidelines of the national policies as to supporting the agrarian sectors, rural areas and agrarian markets in Ukraine and Poland. They make a comparative analysis of the condition and ways of the realization of competitive advantages of the two neighboring countries and justify the necessity to correct the purpose oriented budgetary programs of support of the agrarian sphere with due regard to Ukraine's active participation in the international division of labor and the processes of liberalization of the global agro-food markets.
