Risks of the development of Ukrainian agrarian sector under the conditions of liberalization of the foreign trade

Abstract

The author defines the main risks in the development of Ukraine's agrarian sector under the conditions of further liberalization of foreign trade. She investigates the forms, volumes and current WTO rules as to subsidizing agricultural exports. On the basis of analysis of the world economic and agricultural forecasts, the author justifies the development prospects of this country's agro-food complex and mechanism of its protection against the influence of negative global factors.
