Author

Listed:
  • V. Prylypko

Abstract

The author highlights the role of Ukraine's stock market and the guidelines to solve the problems of its development in the context of the growth of financial resources for investment and innovative activities. The article provides the results of research on the possibilities to revive the stock market activities on the basis of increased volume of the trade in securities (shares, bonds, local loans etc.) Certain shortcomings in the functioning of the stock market are mentioned, in particular, the insufficient intensity of trade in bonds, which is the most efficient means to assist the businessmen in the development of their investment and innovative activities. The author provides proposals to speed up the above mentioned processes.
