El protocolo como instrumento de garantía de continuidad de la empresa familiar

Abstract

Este artículo explica que el protocolo familiar es el punto de partida que facilita el diálogo entre los miembros de la familia sobre diversos temas que normalmente se evitan. Asimismo pone de manifiesto la inteción de llevar adelante el compromiso moral, independientemente de su eficacia jurídica, de su cumplimiento para garantizar la continuidad de la empresa familiar. El éxito de este proceso depende del momento elegido para llevarlo a cabo, del fomento del trabajo participativo y de la revisión periódica que se lleve a cabo con el fin de que siga vivo y no se convierta en un simple papel.
