Abstract

El objeto del presente articulo es exponer mis tesis e ideas sobre los retos que el trabajo y el empleo tienen ante sí de cara a los años venideros, si bien siempre tomando previamente en consideración la situacion de partida actual. Alejado este trabajo del examen concreto de uno o varios problemas inmediatos, me permite efectuar un ejercicio intelectual de reflexion que ofrezca sugerencias a quienes estén interesados en la construccion de una sociedad más justa, más solidaria y en donde el trabajo, y las rentas económicas, esten mucho mejor repartidas de lo que están en el momento presente.
