Análisis de la flexibilidad de la oferta de formación en gestión del País Vasco

Abstract

[ES] Son muchos los factores determinantes del éxito del directivo en su actividad. Existe consenso en considerar que, de entre todos ellos, la formación y capacitación tienen una influencia destacada. Así mismo, la capitalización intelectual del directivo se puede llevar a cabo por diferentes medios, uno de los cuáles es la formación externa. Para que esta vía resulte eficaz y eficiente, es fundamental que este mercado de formación cuente con información adecuada y suficientemente transparente. Por consiguiente, este trabajo pretende realizar, tomando como marco de referencia el País Vasco, un análisis comparativo de la oferta de formación no reglada en gestión para directivos en dos periodos de tiempo, con el fin de evaluar la flexibilidad e idoneidad de este tipo de oferta.
