Abstract

Ýzmir ili ve cevresinden elde edilen veriler isiginda gelismekte olan ekonomilerde faaliyet gösteren KOBÝ’lerde firma ici girisimcilik faktörlerinin belirlemek ve bu faktörlerin KOBÝ’lerin yenilikcilikleri üzerindeki etkilerini, arastirma hipotezleri dogrultusunda incelemek bu calismanin temel amacidir. Yüz yüze anket yöntemi ile bir isletmeden birden cok kisiye ulasilmasi hedeflenmis ve veri toplama süreci sonunda Ýzmir ve civarinda faaliyet gösteren 90 KOBÝ’den, 301 katilimcidan elde edilen veriler ile arastirma hipotezleri test edilmistir. Arastirma ölceklerinin kalitesini test etmek icin teyit edici faktör analizi, hipotez testleri icin ise coklu regresyon modeli kullanilmistir. Analiz bulgulari, hem arastirmacilar hem de KOBÝ yöneticileri icin firma yenilikciligi yolunda önemli sonuclar ortaya koymus, bu sonuclara göre yazarlar hem gelecek arastirmalar icin hem de yenilikcilik yolunda yöneticilere önerilerde bulunulmustur.
