Liderlik Yaklasimlarinda Yeni Perspektifler: Pozitif ve Otantik Liderlik

Abstract

Gunumuzde yasanan sosyo-ekonomik gelismeler; bireyleri ve gruplari yaptiklari her seyde “anlam” aramaya yoneltmektedir. Calisanlarin beklentileri degismekte, maddi olmayan degerlere (kisisel gelisim, baglilik, umut gibi) verilen onemin artmasi ile materyalizm yavas yavas popularitesini yitirmektedir (Konz vd., 1999). Zamanlarinin buyuk bir bolumunu is yerinde geciren gerek isletme sahipleri gerekse calisanlar; yaptiklari isleri ve bu islerin kendilerine ve topluma katkilarini sorgulamakta ve bir anlama ulasmaya calismaktadir. Bu dogrultuda icsel bir baga ulasmayi arzulayan tum calisanlar; islerinde mutlu olduklari, bir ise yaradiklari, bir butunun parcasi olduklarini hissettikleri, yonetim surecinde duygulara, ortak degerlere, bagililiga, takim ruhu ve birliktelige onem verildigini dusundukleri orgutlerde calismak istemektedirler. Bu calismanin amaci gunumuzde yasanan gelismelere ve calisanlarin beklentilerindeki donusumlere paralel olarak liderlige iliskin anlayislarda meydana gelen degisimlere isik tutmak, yeni bir perspektif olarak nitelendirilebilecek Pozitif Liderlik Yaklasimini tanitmak, bu liderlik turlerine duyulan ihtiyacin neden ve sonuclarini ortaya koyarak yazina katkida bulunmaktir.
