Calisanlarin Sosyal Sorumluluk Boyutlarina Iliskin Algilamalari: Ilac Sektorunde Karsilastirmali Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Isletmenin tek sosyal sorumlulugu karini arttirmasidir gorusu gunumuzde gecerliligini yitirmektedir. Isletmelerin karliliginin yaninda baska sosyal sorumluluk alanlarinin da varligindan bahsedilmektedir. Bunlar ekonomik sorumluluk, yasal sorumluluk, etik sorumluluk ve gonullu sorumluluktur. Artik, sosyal sorumluluk anlayisi da bu dort sorumlulugun bir arada degerlendirilmesi ile ifade edilmektedir. Ekonomik sorumluluk, isletmelerin karliligini ve kar elde etmek icin mal ve hizmet uretimini ifade ederken, yasal sorumluluk, isletmelerin, devletin ve yerel yonetimlerin ortaya koydugu yasal duzenlemelere uygun hareket etmesini, etik sorumluluk, isletmelerin etik degerlere gore hareket etmesi ve etik kulturun yerlestirilmesini, gonullu sorumluluk ise isletmelerin hayirsever faaliyetler icerisinde bulunup, sosyal sorumluluk projelerine destek vermesini ifade etmektedir. Bu arastirma kapsaminda ilac sektorunde faaliyet gosteren biri Turk, digeri cokuluslu olan iki ayri isletmede, her bir sosyal sorumluluk boyutuna iliskin olarak calisanlarin algilari ortaya konmus ve bir karsilastirma yapma yoluna gidilmistir. Elde edilen bulgular, toplam sosyal sorumluluk acisindan isletmeler arasinda bir farklilik ortaya koymazken, boyutlar bazinda ayri ayri olarak benzerlik ve farkliliklar oldugunu gostermistir.
