Orgutsel Iletisimin Orgutsel Baglilik Uzerine Etkisi: Manisa Organize Sanayi Bolgesinde Yer Alan ve Imalat Sektoru Calisanlari Uzerinde Yapilan Bir Arastirma

Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci, orgutsel baglilik unsurlari ile orgutsel iletisim arasindaki iliskiyi incelemektir. Orgutsel baglilik kavrami icin Allen ve Meyer tarafindan gelistirilen “orgutsel bagliligin uc bilesenli modeli” esas olarak alinmistir. Orgutsel baglilik, calisanlarin orgutun amaclarina ulasilmasi yonunde caba sarf etmesi, bu amaclari benimsemesi ve orgutte kalmaya devam etmesini iceren bir kavramdir. Gunumuzun rekabet ortaminda orgutler basarili calisanlari elinde tutmanin yollarini aramaktadir. Bu calisanlar, orgutlerin elindeki en onemli unsuru yani entelektuel sermayeyi olusturmaktadir. Calisanlarin orgutte uzun yillar boyunca kalmaya neden devam ettikleri orgut icin onem tasimaktadir. Calisanlar da zaman zaman calistiklari orgutte neden bulunduklarini sorgulamaktadirlar. Bu noktada calisanlarin orgute bagliliklari ile orgut ici bilgi paylasiminin yani orgutsel iletisimin bir iliskisi olup olmadiginin belirlenmesi, hem orgutun hem de calisanlarin kendilerini net ifade edebilmesi acisindan onem tasimaktadir. Calisanlarda bu uc unsurun belirlenmesine ve orgut ici iletisime yonelik olarak hazirlanan bir anket, Manisa Organize Sanayi Bolgesinde yer alan ve imalat uzerine calisan bir firmaya uygulanmistir. Elde edilen verilerin cozumlenmesinde SPSS For Windows programi kullanilmaktadir.
