Konaklama Isletmelerinde Mali Basarisizliga Yol Acan Etmenler

Abstract

Gunumuzde gelisen ekonomik ve sosyal iliskiler seyahatleri artirarak daha fazla kisinin evleri disinda gecici konaklama yapmasina neden olmaktadir. Bu yonuyle konaklama isletmeleri degisen ve gelisen yapisiyla onemli bir iskolu haline gelmistir. Sabit sermaye yatirimlarina olan ihtiyacin yuksekligi, yuksek isgucu maliyetleri, zaman icerisinde gereksinim duyulan yenileme yatirimlari ve artan rekabet goz onune alindiginda konaklama isletmeleri onemli risklerle karsi karsiya kalabilmektedir. Bu risklerin zaman icerisinde isletmelerin satislarini ve karliligini dusurmesi, hatta zarar ve iflaslara yol acmasi incelenmesi gereken bir konu olarak on plana cikmaktadir. Calismada, daha once bu konuda yapilan arastirmalarda belirlenen zarara ve mali basarisizliga yol acan etmenler isletmenin kontrolunde olup olmamasina gore konaklama isletmeleri acisindan tartisilmistir.
