Abstract

Istanbul Menkul Kiymetler Borsasinda (IMKB) halka acik olarak faaliyet gösteren dört kulübe ait sportif A.S. den ücü calismada ele alinmistir. Bunlar Besiktas Futbol Yatirimlari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., Fenerbahce Sportif Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. ile Galatasaray Sportif Sanayi ve Ticari Yatirimlar A.S. dir. Bu sirketler ülkemizde “Besiktas”, “Fenerbahce” ve “Galatasaray” gibi önemli markalarin yönetim hakkina sahiptirler. Söz konusu sirketlerin 2005 yilina ait dokuz aylik finansal göstergeleri; piyasa degeri, net kar, amortisman, nakit net temettü, özsermaye ile piyasa temelli oranlari dikkate alinarak boyut indirgeme tekniklerinden birisi olan kanonik diskriminant analizi uygulanmis ve sonuclar yorumlanmistir.
