Sosyal Sermaye Olarak Kadin Girisimciler: Mersin Örnegi

Abstract

Bu calismanin amaci sosyal sermaye olarak kadin girisimcilerin niteliklerini ve yeterliliklerini belirleyebilmektir. Kadinlarin sosyo-demografik özellikleri, kisisel karakteristikleri, islerini kurma ve sürdürme asamalarinda bilgi ve beceri saglama kanallari, isbirligi egilimleri sosyal sermaye kaynaklari olarak ele alinmistir. Arastirma, Mersin Esnaf ve Sanatkarlar Odasina kayitli 224 kadin girisimci ile gerceklestirilmistir. Girisimcilerle yüzyüze görüsmeler yapilmis ve anket formu uygulanmistir. Arastirmaya katilan kadin girisimciler, farkli sosyal sermaye kaynaklarini hem is kurma hem de sürdürme asamalarinda harekete gecirebilmekte ve girisimcilik nitelikleri ile bütünlestirebilmektedir. Kadinlar informal ve kurumsal kaynaklari girisimcilik faaliyetlerinde kullanmaktadir. Kadinlarin özellikle kurumsal bilgi kanallarini kullanabilme yeterlilikleri, dayanismayi arttirarak örgütlenmeyi desteklemektedir.
