Abstract

Bu makale örgütsel adalet, iletisim ve prosedürel bilginin kavramsal bir analiziyle birlikte tutumsal ve davranissal adalet kavramlarinin genel özelliklerini ele almaktadir. Makalenin amaci örgüt ici iletisim ve prosedürel bilgilendirmenin isgörenlerin adalet algilamalarindaki önemini vurgulamak ve bunlar arasindaki iliskiyi tekstil isletmelerinde yapilan uygulamali bir arastirmayla desteklemektir.
