Abstract

Orgutlerin sahip olduklari kultur, onlari diger orgutlarden farkli kilan ayirdedici bir nitelige sahiptir. Nasil ki toplumda her birey farkli kulturlere sahipse orgutlerin de farkli kulturlere sahip olmasi dogaldir. Bu farklilik orgutten orgute farklilik gosterebilecegi gibi sektorler arasinda da farklilik gosterebilir. Bu makale de orgut kulturu kavrami hakkinda kisaca bilgi verildikten sonra uretim ve hizmet sektoru isletmelerinin orgut kulturu yapisina iliskin olarak gerceklerstirilen bir uygulamanin sonuclarina yer verilmistir.
