Abstract

Kurumlarin farkli acilardan degerlemesi butunsel performanslarinin tam olarak ortaya konulabilmesi acisindan onem tasimaktadir. Calismada, surdurulebilirligin ekonomik, sosyal ve cevresel uc boyutuna ek olarak, yonetsel ve finans boyutlari ile birlikte bes boyutlu ozgun ve etkin bir kurumsal surdurulebilirlik yaklasimi ile bir degerleme yaklasimi one surulmektedir. Bu yaklasim ile Turk bankacilik sektorunun surdurulebilirlik degerlemesi kamu ve ozel banka farklilasmasi kapsaminda ortaya konulmustur. Cok boyutlu surdurulebilirlik yaklasimi ile 2009-2015 yillari arasinda Turk Bankacilik Sektorunde yayinlanan tum surdurulebilirlik raporlari incelenmis, belirlenen 139 kriter ile icerik analizi uygulanarak degerleme yapilmistir. Surdurulebilir bir bankacilik sisteminin saglanmasi ve finansal sistemin daha saglikli islemesini desteklemek amaciyla kamu ve ozel sektor bankalari icin oneriler sunulmustur.
