Sanayi 4.0 Gecis Sureclerinde Kritik Basari Faktorlerinin DEMATEL Yontemi ile Degerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bilgi sistem ve teknolojilerindeki hizli buyume Dunyayi tek pazar haline getirmesi sonucu isletmeler tedarik zincirini yonetmek konusunda zorlanmaya baslamislardir. Bu anlamda tedarik zincirinin daha etkin yonetilmesi arayislari sonucunda Sanayi 4.0, son yillarda yayilmaya baslayan bir kavram olmustur. Bunun sonucu olarak isletmeler 3. Sanayi devriminde 4. Sanayi devrimine gecmeye hazirlanmaktadirlar. Bu gecis surecinde isletmelerin basarisini etkileyen faktorlerin belirlenmesi ve bu faktorlerin etkilerinin anlasilmasi Sanayi 4.0a gecis sureclerinin etkinligi acisindan onemli bir konudur. Bu calismada oncelikle Sanayi 4.0 gecis sureclerinde kritik basari faktorleri belirlenmesi igin literatur calismasi gerceklestirilmistir. Sonrasinda bu faktorler Izmir ilinde yer alan, tekstil sektorunde Dunya olceginde uretim yapan ve Sanayi 4.0 sureclerini baslatmis olan Almanya merkezli bir isletmenin karar vericileri tarafindan degerlendirilmistir. Elde edilen veriler DEMATEL yontemi kullanilarak isletmenin Sanayi 4.0 gecis sureclerini etkileyen basari faktorleri analiz edilmistir.
