Amac Yonelimi ve Tukenmislik Arasindaki Iliskide Amac Ikliminin Moderator Etkisi

Abstract

Basari amac yonelimi ve algilanan iklim uyumunun calisanlari tukenmislikten koruyup koruyamayacagini arastiran bu calisma, banka calisanlarindan 400 calisanin olusturdugu bir orneklem uzerinde yurutulmustur. Calismada amac yonelimi ve tukenmislik arasindaki iliski uzerinde amac ikliminin duzenleyici rolu arastirilmis; ego ve gorev yonelimli calisanlarin, ego veya gorev iklimi icinde bulunmalarinin onlarin tukenmislik duzeyleri uzerinde nasil bir etki yapacagi inceleme konusu yapilmistir. Arastirma bulgularina gore, sadece ego yonelimi ve duygusal tukenmislik arasindaki iliskide ego ikliminin duzenleyici rolune kanit saglanmistir. Calismamizin ana sorunsalina bagli olarak bu bulgu yorumlandiginda, orneklemimizi olusturan banka calisanlarindan ego yonelimine sahip olanlarin yuksek duzeyli ego iklimini yansitan bir orgut ikliminde calismalari durumunda duygusal tukenmisliklerinin azalacagina isaret etmektedir. Bulgular, ayrica karsit bicimde, ego yonelimli calisanlarin dusuk ego iklimi algiladiklari durumda da duygusal tukenmisligin artacagini gostermektedir.
