Abstract

Bu calisma, calisanlarin is hayatlarinda yasadiklari yalnizligin is ve yasam tatmini uzerindeki etkisi ve lider-uye etkilesiminin bu degiskenler arasinda aracilik rolunu belirlemek amaciyla tasarlanmistir. Bu amac dogrultusunda arastirmanin orneklemini Hitit Universitesi’nde gorev yapan toplam 153 idari personel olusturmaktadir. Arastirma sonucunda isyeri yalnizliginin lider-uye etkilesimi ile is ve yasam tatminini negatif yonde etkiledigi tespit edilmistir. Ayrica lider-uye etkilesiminin isyeri yalnizligi ile is ve yasam tatmini arasindaki iliski uzerinde aracilik etkisinin olup olmadigini belirlemek amaciyla hiyerarsik regresyon analizi yapilmistir. Bu analiz sonucunda da lider-uye etkilesiminin isyeri yalnizligi ile is ve yasam tatmini uzerindeki etkisinde aracilik rolu oldugu tespit edilmistir
