Abstract

Bu arastirma ile vatandaslarin e-devlet adaptasyonunu etkileyen kritik faktorleri belirlemek amaclanmaktadir. Arastirma kapsaminda e-devlet hizmetleri kullanan 586 kullanici ile yuz yuze anket yapilarak bulgular elde edilmistir. Analizler sonucunda e-devlet kabulune etki edebilecek cesitli faktor gruplari ile e-devlet adaptasyonu arasindaki iliskiler istatistiksel olarak ortaya konmustur. Kaynaklarin kullanilabilirligi, algilanan fonksiyonel fayda ve algilanan hizmet yanitinin e-devlet adaptasyonunda pozitif bir etki olusturduklari gorulmustur. Ayrica algilanan hizmet yaniti ve kaynaklarin kullanilabilirliginin de fonksiyonel faydayi olumlu yonde etkiledigi gorulmustur.
