Orgutlerde Grup Dusunusun Sessizlige Etkisi Uzerine Ampirik Bir Arastirma

Abstract

Arastirma, bir otomotiv firmasinda grup dusunusun, sessizlige etkisini ortaya koyma amaciyla yapilmistir. Arastirmanin sorunsalinin grup dusunus ile sessizlik etkilesimi uzerine kurgulanmasi, is gorenlerin is arkadaslarindan destek bulmadikca ses cikartmayacaklari ve yanlis bile olsa genellikle cogunluk ile ayni fikirde olmaya gayret etmeye meyilli olmalarindan kaynaklanmaktadir. Grup Dusunus semptomlari; “tehlikeye acik olunmadigi illuzyonu, grubun ahlaki degerlere sahip olduklari inanci, kolektif rasyonalizasyon, gruplarin basmakaliplari, kendini denetleme, gorus birligi illuzyonu, muhaliflerin uzerine dogrudan baski ve kendini akil koruyuculari tayin edenler“i icermektedir, sessizlik ise tek boyutta incelenmistir. Arastirmanin orneklemini, ozel sektor calisanlarindan olusan 96 kisi olusturmaktadir. Arastirmada verilerinin degerlendirilmesi adina tanimlayici istatistiksel metodlar, normal dagilim icin Kolmogorov Smirnov testi, degiskenler arasi iliski icin Pearson Korelasyon ve Grup Dusunusun Sessizlige etkisini olcmek icin ise Regresyon analizi yapilmistir. Arastirmanin bulgularina gore; kendini denetleme, sessizligi artirmaktadir ve grup dusunus ve semptomlari, bazi demografik ozelliklere gore farklilik arz etmektedir.
